For Education & Training Publishers

Your existing course library, rebuilt as interactive simulations.

We rebuilt a 6-module PE Primer and a 4-module Excel series from briefs, plus three K-12 lessons. They're all below. If yours could look like this, that's the conversation.

13 modules across 3 curricula, built end-to-end
50-state, 50-language ready

What's an INX?

INX stands for Interactive Narrated Experience.

Your module, but the learner clicks through it. The narrator pauses, asks, and changes course based on what the learner did. The design system stays consistent across every module in the series.

Your existing video, just engineered to teach instead of play.

Featured Series · Finance Education

PE Primer · 6 modules.

27 min total runtime 50 slides Built from a single source brief Available in 50 languages
Six self-contained modules on private equity. We start with what it actually is and end on fund-economics math. Every module is narrated, animated, and interactive. The same workflow runs on a CFA review, an FMVA cert, or any finance curriculum you've already scoped.
Closer Look · Module 4

LBO Mechanics, in 4:26.

The most production-heavy module of the six. Animated debt-stack diagram, narrated walk-through of sources and uses, on-screen math the learner can pause on. A finance studio would normally book three to four weeks for this; we ran it in an afternoon.

  • Cap stack builds on screen. Senior debt first, then mezz, then sponsor equity, while the narrator walks each piece.
  • Pause-and-check math. Every numeric step holds long enough for the learner to verify on their own.
  • One design system, six modules. Once locked, modules 5 and 6 took hours instead of days.

Excel for Real Work · 4 modules.

17 min total runtime 27 slides Same workflow as PE Primer Same design system, different curriculum
Four hands-on Excel modules built on the same pipeline as the PE series. Different curriculum, same production quality. This is the proof that the framework doesn't care what the topic is.
Closer Look · Module 2

Formulas, in 4:27.

The clearest "learner does it" module of the four. The narrator walks through a real spreadsheet, the formula evolves on screen, and the learner gets a beat to try it before the next step. Same workflow rebuilds an FMVA, CPA, or any Excel-heavy cert prep.

  • Live formula evolution. The narrator types the function, the result updates, the learner sees the answer land before the explanation.
  • Pause-and-try moments. Natural beats where the learner can do it themselves before the narrator continues.
  • Same pattern across cert prep. Swap the brief, ship a CPA or FMVA Excel module the next day.

Featured Sampler · K-12 Science

K-12 Sampler · 3 lessons, 3 subjects.

Classes 4-7 Physics · Chemistry · EVS Interactive checks baked into every lesson Same workflow, K-12 voice
Three lessons across grades and subjects, picked to show the K-12 catalog comes out of the same pipeline as the finance series. Each one carries the interactive layer BrainPOP-era catalogs were never built for. The narrator coaches, the learner clicks, and knowledge checks branch on the response. Hand it a chapter PDF or a teacher's outline; the module comes back finished.
How both series got built

Same workflow, different curriculum.

Every module above came out of the same pipeline. No studio bookings, no re-shoot when the SME's schedule moves.

Step 1
Source brief
A doc, a transcript, an outline, or a recording.
Step 2
19 AI agents
An outline planner reads the brief, a scene director sets visual grammar, a chart specialist handles numeric reveals, a voice agent narrates. The same pipeline that produced the gallery on the main site.
Step 3
Module library
Narrated, interactive, fullscreen-ready. Yours to put behind any LMS.
Two ways to use it

Existing library or net-new modules.

Either upgrade the catalog you already monetize, or stand up new programs faster than the studio could quote it.

1

Take what you have, make it interactive.

Most publishers already have a library. The opening is re-rendering it as a narrator-led, branching, clickable simulation. The content doesn't change. The pass rate does, and so does what the seat is worth on renewal.

  • Existing recording becomes clickable simulation
  • Per-jurisdiction overlay from one master
  • Branching scenarios based on learner choice
  • Multi-language voice swap, no re-record
2

Ship more programs, faster.

For net-new content, studio time stops being the bottleneck. Hand us a brief, get a multi-module series back end-to-end. The PE Primer above came out of an afternoon's work; the workflow is yours to use the same way.

  • Source brief, transcript, doc, or recording in
  • Multi-module series out, with shared design system
  • Programs-per-quarter goes up, SME hours stay flat
  • Net-new curriculum without growing production headcount
By sub-segment

Where each angle lands.

Different publisher segments lead with different angles. Pick the one that matches your library.

CE · CME · CLE

Per-jurisdiction credit, one master recording

One faculty session ships 50-state-compliant. The regulatory overlay branches by jurisdiction. Faculty time stays flat while programs-per-quarter climbs.

Best for: publishers with 50-state CLE, nursing CE, CME, or pharmacy libraries running on SME-led recording cycles.
Professional certification

Pass-rate lift on the cert you already monetize

Existing screen-share lessons become clickable simulations. The learner builds the model while the narrator coaches. Pass rates show up directly in renewal economics.

Best for: finance, accounting, securities, and skill-cert publishers where pass rate is the published metric and renewal is per-seat.
Compliance · Safety · HR

Branching scenarios at SaaS unit-economics

Engagement closer to in-person role-play coaching, costs that look like a subscription. The narrator's path changes when the learner makes a choice. Completion data is audit-ready.

Best for: harassment, DEI, safety, and food-service publishers where the buyer needs decision-trained behavior, not just watched video.
K-12 supplementary

BrainPOP-era catalog upgraded to INX

Existing 1,000-movie catalogs become clickable, narrated, and knowledge-checked. The library stays the same. The engagement and the renewal math don't.

Best for: K-12 catalogs that compete on engagement-per-minute and need to defend renewal against newer interactive entrants.
Two deployment shapes

Your team runs it, or we run it.

Publishers run their content ops in different ways. Both options below are full setups, not B-tier offerings. Pick the one that matches how your team actually works.

Option 1 · In-house

Your team runs the pipeline.

We install the framework into your stack, train your production team, and stay on retainer for upgrades. Your existing producers and SMEs stay in the loop. Output stays inside your tenant.

  • Setup and onboarding for your team
  • Training on the 19-agent pipeline
  • Your tenant, your data, your control
  • Quarterly upgrade cycles included
Option 2 · Managed service

We run the pipeline for you.

You send us briefs, transcripts, or existing modules. We deliver finished interactive series. Your team handles distribution and LMS integration. We handle production.

  • You scope the curriculum, we produce
  • Per-module or per-series delivery
  • Same quality as the series above
  • Faster ramp, no internal change-management lift
